Berlin, September 1, 2026 – Phantasma Labs has raised €2.6 million in a new funding round to further develop and scale its AI-powered production planning and scheduling technology for manufacturing. Jet Investment is investing €2.1 million through its Jet Venture 1 SICAV venture capital fund, becoming the largest single investor in the round, which was closed together with Lighthouse Seed Fund II and with continued backing from long-standing investor Momenta Ventures.
Founded in 2019 in Berlin, Phantasma Labs develops an AI-native Advanced Planning and Scheduling (AiPS) platform for high-complexity, disruption-prone factories. Deciding what gets made, when, and on which machine means balancing thousands of constraints, from machine capacity and labor availability to changeovers, order priorities, and deadlines. Production planning today still often relies on legacy systems, heuristics, or spreadsheets that can take tens of minutes or hours to replan and struggle to keep up with real-world disruptions such as machine failures, demand swings, or supply delays.
Phantasma addresses this with an adaptive decision-intelligence layer trained in simulated digital twin environments, using a proprietary combination of reinforcement learning and graph neural networks. The technology generates production plans in seconds and can replan as conditions change, without requiring large historical datasets.
Phantasma has moved beyond proof-of-concept, with its technology now entering production deployment and broader rollout with Fortune 500 manufacturers. The company has also completed paid enterprise evaluations and deployments with leading manufacturers across the US, Europe, and Japan, demonstrating the platform across complex, real-world production environments and laying the foundation for broader enterprise adoption.
"Production planning is one of the least modernized layers of industrial software, and it has become steadily more brittle as manufacturing complexity has risen and experienced planners have become harder to find," said Kamil Levinský, Managing Director of Jet Ventures. “What is different here is that we do not have to take the technology on trust. We own industrial manufacturing companies, and this software will be tested and deployed on our own shop floor.”
The partnership with Jet Investment and Lighthouse Ventures brings more than capital. Jet’s strong industrial background and portfolio of manufacturing companies provide Phantasma with access to real-world production environments where its technology can be further tested, validated, and deployed. Together with Lighthouse Ventures’ experience in supporting and scaling ambitious technology companies, the partnership brings valuable industry access, strategic expertise, and a strong network to support Phantasma’s next phase of growth.
"Factories do not fail because someone made a bad plan on Monday. They fail because the plan stopped being true by Tuesday, and nobody could rebuild it fast enough. Jet's backing gives us both capital and real factories to prove this in – which is exactly what an industrial software company needs at this stage,“ said Ramakrishna Nanjundaiah, founder and CEO of Phantasma Labs.
The investment marks the next step in Phantasma’s mission to make advanced AI-powered production scheduling accessible to manufacturers. With the new funding and Jet’s industrial network, Phantasma will continue to advance its technology and expand the adoption of AiPS in complex manufacturing environments.
About Phantasma Labs
Phantasma Labs is a Berlin-based industrial AI company developing AI-powered production planning and scheduling software for manufacturers. Its production scheduling platform, AiPS, uses reinforcement learning and digital twin technology to build and optimize production schedules around real factory constraints and adapt plans when conditions change.
Phantasma’s technology is designed to work with existing ERP and MES systems and can also be deployed as a standalone solution, allowing manufacturers to introduce AI-powered scheduling without replacing their existing software infrastructure.
